Description: A rare, quality pair of large antique door knobs, dating from the 1800’s. The solid ebony handles have a distinctive lobed pattern radiating out from the centre and a brass gothic plaque radiates down the handle. With ornamental cast brass back plates, this set comes with a square bar spindle, suitable for fitting with mortice or latch fittings.

Condition: Very good. Slight signs of wear from age and use. One of the brass plaques has a small loss to a point. See photo: 4, this does not effect the use.
