Description: Antique French long towel rail. Complete with its original glass bar this piece dates from the early 1900’s. Beautifully shaped mounts in solid brass with gently worn nickel plating. I’ve not come across one as long before, would easily hold two towels side by side. Each back plate has 2 holes for screws for wall mounting.

Condition: Very good. Sensitively restored to still reflect the age of the piece. The original nickel plate has worn slightly to reveal the brass underneath. The glass rail has the tiniest of chips, only noticeable on very close inspection, if you zoom in on photo two it is just noticeable close to the mount.
