Description: Quality antique cottage door knobs dating from the early 1800’s. In spun brass with a cast brass backplate. Supplied with a square bar spindle and grub screw they are suitable for installation for rim lock fitting. The side without back plate sits flush to the rim lock and the side with back plate sits flush to the wooden door.

Condition: Very good. Slightest of wear from age and use, including a tiny ding to the brass handle. These handles have been hand polished and are unlacquered therefore a gentle clean with brass polish occasionally will maintain the shine.
